Downloads
We sell or offer downloadable files. Regarding paid items, once your payment is made online, your payment must be approved, it may take several minutes or even several hours, we cannot be held responsible for this.
Once your payment has been approved, your file (s) will be available in your customer area in the "my downloads" section and will be available at any time. An email should be sent to you to notify you of the availability of your file, the email may not reach you, please check your files in your customer area within 24 hours.
All products are downloadable and in no case physically deliverable. Given the nature of our products, which are virtual and downloadable, no refund will be possible. Just as we are not responsible if you download and pay more than once for the same item, no refund will be possible
